We visit your property to assess the space, understand how you use it and discuss the system options that suit your needs and budget. There is no charge for the site visit. For larger commercial projects, our engineers can arrange a design consultation to establish load calculations before quoting.
You receive a written quote with a full breakdown of equipment, labour and any associated work, including plumbing or electrical prerequisites. There are no hidden costs added on the day of installation. Any variation to scope is documented and agreed in writing before we proceed.
Our licensed team completes the installation to manufacturer specifications, commissions the system and walks you through its operation before we leave. All work is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee, and we remain available for annual servicing and repairs once the system is in use.

Yes. We arrange a no-charge site visit to assess your property and follow up with a written quote that itemises equipment, labour and any prerequisite work. There is no obligation to proceed.
Yes. Our team holds the relevant licences for HVAC, gas-fitting, plumbing and electrical work. We hold ARC licence AU51396 for refrigerant handling and are members of AIRAH. Copies of our licences are available on request.

Yes. We install new systems across all eight service categories and carry out annual servicing, fault diagnosis and component repairs on existing equipment. You do not need a separate contractor for maintenance once your system is installed.
All workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee. Equipment we supply has a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty, with major system components often covered for four years or more depending on the brand.
