Tempco Energy Solutions recently provided Daikin reverse cycle air conditioning to the Fitzroy Inn Accommodation and Wedding Centre.
The historic Fitzroy Inn built circa 1836 is one of the oldest and finest examples of early Australiansettler’s architecture. This charming Victorian colonial building has hand cut sandstone and vaultedcapped timber ceilings exhibiting some of the best examples of convict masonry and craftsmanship.
We had to install modern air conditioning while maintaining the ambience and atmosphere of such a unique and bespoke building.It was an undeniable challenge.
Tempco Energy Solutions installed a combination of Daikin Multi Split and Single Split systems utilising a combination of the Daikin FVXS Floor Consoles and the new Daikin Lite Wall Split Systems.
The installation into the 12 Boutique Accommodation rooms took only 2 days, with not a pipe to beseen, not a thing out of place.
